HALLOWEEN RECIPE: Cake “Vampire Bite”

Recipe Ingredients & Directions: 

Sponge Cake Ingredients:

  •  6 eggs, 
  • 1 cup sugar
  •  1 cup of flour,
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch,
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder.

 Filling Ingredients:

  • 500ml cream 30%
  • cherry compote,
  • 100ml sour cherry compote,
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch,
  • 4 tbsp caster sugar
  • 1 packet gelatin dessert.  

Preparation: 

Whisk proteins to stiff , add the sugar in batches. Not stopping mix add one egg yolk. Gently pour the flour and potato mixed with baking powder and combine exhibit space and dniki. Pour into pie plates lined with baking paper and bake for 20-25 minutes at 170 degrees.  

 stiff, beat cream with powdered sugar. Prepare gelatin according to package instructions. Pour in the cream and blend thoroughly. 

Sponge section into 3 parts. Each part of the smear whipped cream and place cherries. Cover the dough and the last part of the cake pan with the remaining cream. Put in the fridge for at least 3 hours. 

Compote pour into a saucepan. Bring to the boil and pour cornstarch. Vigorously mix the ingredients. Using straws make two punctures side by side in the cake. Spoon gently pour a thick jelly.
